To find the origins of ZANIA we’ll go back to 1973 when carpenter Pere Perez opened a small workshop with three workers in the little town of Navàs in the province of Barcelona.Gradually the carpentry business became specialized in designed kitchen furniture with a staff of 42 workers equipped with up-to-date technology.

In 2006 Xavier Perez, son of the founder and CEO of the company, took the first decisive step when  he converted ZANIA into ZANIA DESIGN, a top of the range brand orientated to supplying all the needs of Premium residential architecture, of which  the  principal elements were project planning, design, manufacture and fitting.

In September 2013 ZANIA took a major transitional step toward becoming a market leader in integrated service to the Premium property sector  when we  acquired Mauria Capital, an important Premium property conveyance  and  manager with more the 8 years in the sector.  That’s when the circle closed and ZANIA GROUP was formed, comprising ZANIA CAPITAL, ZANIA CONTRACT, ZANIA DESIGN and ZANIA FACTORY.
